Advertisement for approval of collector rates of stationery and other materials in the year 2024-2025

Tender is being invited to obtain rates of vehicle hire from registered travel agencies for hiring VIP vehicles for the visit of special guests, very special guests, Hon. Justice, Hon. Governor of the State Government, Hon. Chief Minister and Ministers visiting District Datia.

Rates are to be fixed for purchase of stationery and other materials (stationery materials) for the financial year 2024-25 from the open market till date 31.03.2025, for the use of all government/semi-government offices under district Datia. For which sealed tenders are invited from the concerned firms/M/s doing stationery business till 10.07.2024 at 03.00 pm.

Rates are to be fixed for purchase of stationery and other materials (stationery materials) for the financial year 2023-24 from the open market till date 31.03.2024, for the use of all government/semi-government offices under district Datia. For which sealed tenders are invited from the concerned firms/M/s doing stationery business till 05.09.2023 at 03.00 pm.

Keeping in view the public convenience and office facility of the new joint district office building, tender is invited for the person / firm / institution or any other person for the facility of photocopying.
Interested person/firm/institution can submit tender till 4:00 pm on 24.08.2023 for providing the said facility.
Tender received after the deadline will not be considered.
The received tenders will be opened on 25.08.2023 at 3:00 pm.
