Tenders are invited for the supply of various items for the new Joint District Office, Collectorate Datia, including cleaning supplies and other daily necessities such as brooms, mops, cleaning liquids (Colin, Harpic), whisk brooms, insect repellents (Hit, Mortein), room spray, detergent, soap, phenyl, clock and remote control batteries, toilet brushes, air fresheners (Odonil), phenyl tablets, wipers, handwash, Lysol, acid bottles, towel washing, CFL bulbs, computer repair, printer repair, cartridge refilling, mats, etc., as and when required for office use.

Rates are to be fixed for purchasing stationery and other materials (writing material) used in all government / semi-government offices under District Datia from the open market for the financial year 2025-26 contract date up to 31.03.2026. For which sealed tenders are invited from the concerned firms / M/s doing stationery business till 03.00 pm on 20.06.2025.

Tender is being invited to obtain rates of vehicle hire from registered travel agencies for hiring VIP vehicles for the visit of special guests, very special guests, Hon. Justice, Hon. Governor of the State Government, Hon. Chief Minister and Ministers visiting District Datia.
